Lauren Borgan

Of Counsel

Lauren Borgan has had a varied and interesting career in the law, exploring its many facets.  She began clerking for a Dallas felony court judge and the Northern District of Texas federal court.  After graduating law school, she defended toxic tort cases at the law firm of Schachter Harris.  Then she spent several years working as an insurance coverage attorney filing and defending declaratory judgment actions at the firm of Touchstone Bernays; as well as working in the firm’s appellate practice. Because of her knowledge of various areas of the law, Lauren Borgan brings an interesting perspective to Mitzner LLP.

She looks to extend her abilities to assist our clients.  Due to her extensive career in research and writing, she can provide guidance not only at the trial level, but beyond and through the appellate process as well.  This well-rounded approach is paramount for navigating today’s legal landscape.
